London Fashion Week 2018 is in full swing, and kicking off the festivities this morning was the hotly anticipated Paul Costelloe show.

The iconic Irish designer drew a crowd of fashion insiders and UK press – along with some irrefutably stylish Irish influencers.

While we're all stuck in the office, these women are blazing a trail for Irish representation in fashion, so here's what they were wearing and where to find them online to follow their fashion week adventure.

Zoë's dexterity when it comes to styling her personal outfits makes her Instagram the ultimate wardrobe inspiration.

This morning, while sitting front row at Paul Costello, the Irish blogger, who is based in London, opted for a high street-high end mix of a Louis Vuitton handbag and Zara dress, finished with high-shine Topshop boots.

As well as giving us an insight into living la vie de London. her fashion posts have won her a nomination for Best Newcomer Influencer at this year's Beauty Blog Awards.

Clóda is potentially one of the most authentic influencers in the Irish sphere.

Posting everything from her food pics to her sartorial slays, the Cork-hailing blogger went for the ultimate off-duty cool girl ensemble at LFW.

Donning a leopard print midi dress from Penneys to sit front row, Clóda toughened up her look with some matte black Dr Martens boots and modernist jewellery.

Another London-based beauty, Ruth uses her blog Modern Flux to showcase her killer style credentials.

While getting papped by street style blogs outside the Paul Costelloe show this morning, Ruth looked achingly stylish in a pair of Jovonna London sports luxe trousers, and a statement sleeve blouse.

The TV presenter finished her outfit with a Givenchy cross body bag and Valentino heels.

Courtney Smith is an Irish fashion deity thanks to her skills and talents in styling, and her playful personal style.

Courtney flew over to LFW this morning, and has created the ultimate throwback time capsule over on her Instagram stories featuring all of her Fashion Week looks over the years.

We're dying to see what she puts together for today's shows.

Courtney Smith has been a style maven in Ireland for close to a decade, and last year she released her first collection with Shoe Lab.

We didn't think it could get any better, but Courtney is gearing up for the launch of her second collection and we're totally in love with it.

Speaking to the Style Icon nominee for the inaugural SHEmazing! Awards, she said that she wanted to keep the campaign very authentic: "The vibe for the shoot was to truly show people that kinda rock'n'roll vibe we were inspired by.

"Bring it back to music as the main influence which is why we shot in a recording studio," she explained.

The new campaign is staying very true to Courtney's unique style, and she wanted to show how she would style the boot collection with her own clothes.

"This season we felt it important to showcase my personal style more which is what inspired the collection in the first place, so all the clothing is actually from my own wardrobe… showing how I would style up my own boots."

And when asked about how she feels to be launching a second collection, she said that she couldn't be more over the moon.

"[A] second collection for me is a huge deal because it's only off the back of the success and demand from the first collection.

"We decided to be even bolder this time and kick it up a notch with the fabrics and styles too so I hope people will love them for summer, for festivals and in general really."

The Rock Luxe collection introduces The Bolans, The Stardust, The Blackhearts, The Richards and The Iggys. Fans will also be delighted to know that due to a huge demand, the Suzi Q boots are back from last season with a new green leather and suede combo.

The collection launches online and in store on May 2, and we basically want every single style available.

Courtney Smith has been one of our go-to stylists for years now and we always take inspiration from her fab outfits and bold fashion choices.

Well, Courts has teamed up with Buffalo Shoe Lab to bring us a capsule collection that any fashionista will die for.

Taking major inspiration from 70s music and vintage style, Courtney went back to her designer roots with this one and the outcome is divine (we already have our eyes on the gorge baby pink boots!).

From slouchy thigh-highs to metallic ankle grazers, there will be something to suit every style in the collection.

Speaking about the new venture, Courtney said: “It has been a dream come true, working so symbiotically with head Shoe Lab designer Audrey Murray and teaming her creative expertise with my vision.

"For me, this is such a natural partnership as Buffalo has always been my go-to shoe store both as a stylist and a girl obsessed with amazing footwear.”

If you want a pair of these babies for yourself, check out Buffalo Show Lab website here, or drop into the Shoe Lab stores on Exchequer Street from 9 November and in Arnotts from 10 November.

Prices start from €155.

With reports of daylight muggings and on-street attacks increasing in Dublin, we can't stress how important it is to look after your personal safety when walking alone.

Of course, in some cases, adrenaline tends to kick in whether you mean it to or not, as happened with stylist Courtney Smith earlier this week.

The Dublin fashionista was walking along Ormond Quay in the city centre on Tuesday when she was the victim of an attempted mugging – but she says she managed to fight the thief off.

"It probably wasn't the wisest thing in the world to do as I saw afterwards there was another guy with him," Courtney recalled to the Irish Independent.

"But I was just acting on pure adrenaline."

The scariest part of Courtney's experience is that it happened in the middle of the afternoon, long before dark.

"It happened in broad daylight as I was walking down the quays," she said.

"I felt a little tug on my bag and then it felt as if someone was rummaging in my handbag and I saw this guy out of the corner of my eye trying to take something out of my bag.

"Then he went to take the bag off me and I basically boxed him in the shoulder and shouted something like, 'what are you doing?'

"He just sauntered off with the other guy without saying a word."

Courtney tweeted shortly after the incident, saying she hoped her "right hook left a mark" on the anonymous attacker.

We hope so too.

Just today she took to Instagram to share an insight into her training progress with her followers, and we can see why.

Model Thalia Heffernan has that most enviable of body types – tall, lean and toned – but it doesn't come without hard work.

"By eating clean, to a certain extent, and training every week day I've managed to develop my muscles in such a short time frame," she wrote on Instagram today next to two snaps taken a week apart.

The 20-year-old favours cross-training style workout sessions with her personal trainer, including a LOT of tough abs workouts.

"No sudden movements, like sneezing, for me for the next few days," she joked after a particularly intense core session last month.

And with a new sportswear campaign for Life Style Sports just launched, it's clear Thalia's hard work has been paying off.

Just LOOK at her killer abs in that crop top:

The Sports Born, Street Worn campaign was styled by Courtney Smith and features a range of brands including Nike, Adidas Originals, Ellesse and Converse.

It's all available to shop now online at LifeStyleSports.com with next day delivery if you order before 7am – hurrah!

Among the looks featured in the new campaign is this Adidas Originals Firebird Track Top (€70) which we're thinking we might have to snap up for ourselves.

And for the man in your life, there's a whole range of seriously stylish hoodies and tracksuits, like this Adidas Originals Mens Graphic Hoody (€65) and matching Adidas Originals Pant (€55).

Now, if we could just have Thalia's abs to go with our new clothes, we'd be sorted.
