There’s nothing we love more than curling up with a warm cup of hot chocolate, especially when it is absolutely baltic outside.

Insomnia has warmed our hot-chocolate loving hearts with their latest release.

Insomnia, partnering with Callebaut, presents the fourth type in hot chocolate ‘Ruby’ next to Dark, Milk and White chocolate.

The first Coffee Shop Chain in Ireland to sell Ruby Hot Chocolate, it is made from the Ruby cocoa bean with a unique, berry flavour. It also, as its name suggests, is ruby in colour and has the natural tone of the Ruby bean. Insomnia has added no berries or berry flavour or colour when preparing the Ruby Hot Chocolate.

Leading the way in new product innovations and always looking to introduce tastes that will delight their loyal customers, Insomnia is delighted to add a new star to their Hot Drinks range and introduce the Ruby Hot Chocolate into stores nationwide from Friday, March 15.

This must-see video perfectly captures what it’s like to have an Irish name.

It features comedy sketch group – Just These, Please – in a hilarious musical parody of Destiny Child’s “Bootylicious.”

As the three of them walk into an American coffee shop, they are asked their names.

Immediately, the trio breaks into song, voicing the struggles of Irish spelling to the barista, who looks as lost as ever.

Aoife, Siobhan, and Domnhall ask him: “Can you handle this?”

They begin breaking down the spelling of common Irish names to the rhythmic beat: “There’s a ‘B’ in Siobhan. Use a ‘V’, you’d be wrong.”

Decked out in 80s neon jackets and scrunchies, the group’s groovy moves and thumbs up totally make the video.

Domnahll takes up the rap as the names slowly grow more and more complicated. He tells of the ‘M’ in Niamh and ‘DHB’ in the end of Meadhb.

“My cousin’s name is Caoimhe, even I find that one quite tough,” Siobhan sings and gets low in a purple jumpsuit.

The "name contains seven silent letters.” They poke fun at the ridiculousness of Irish pronunciation.

Throughout the video, the three singers constantly change outfits, highlighting all the classic 80s garb.

The comedians also use giant letter balloons as props, spelling everything out for the American barista.

However, the group hits their main stride when they get to the chorus: “I don’t think you’re ready for this spelling.”

The whole music video is gas and gets across their main message perfectly:

When it comes to Irish names, “don’t spell phonetically.”

Peter Andre is taking a big leap with his career this year as he has revealed he's quitting the showbiz scene.

The singer turned reality star wants to open up a chain of restaurants (surprise, surprise). He already has a chain of coffee shops in the UK, but wants to expand beyond that.

"I've enjoyed having my coffee shops (New York Coffee Club) but now I'm ready to do something a bit bigger," he told OK! Online.

"I know it's a risk, but I'm very excited about it. I love food and I love people."

He also said that he is not going to appear on anymore reality shows (which we can only see lasting a little while).

"I think I'm done now. I was scared to do Strictly because I knew technically I wasn't a brilliant dancer… But now I think I'd rather watch TV!"

We can't wait to hear more about his new restaurant venture. Will it play Mysterious Girl on repeat? Who knows..

We love a great tasting menu just as much as the next person. You get the chance to try something you may not have tried before and discover new favourites. What's not to love, right?

But one coffee shop in Dublin has gone a bit overboard with their new tasting menu… and the Internet has gone into meltdown.

3FE is fast becoming a coffee lover's favourite among the Dubs and last week it launched a new tasting menu for the adventurous coffee types out there who "want to take the time to have a more taste-orientated experience at 3FE."

But one item on the menu is causing major outrage. Water tasting.

As you can see from the coffee shop's Instagram snap, it's four shots of water priced at €3.50. Which is a pretty hefty charge for water and customers are less than impressed.

The Daily Edge contacted 3FE and spoke to Colin Harmon who told them: "What we're trying to achieve is an awareness of water and how it affects the taste of coffee. If you drink a cup of coffee, it's 98.5 percent water."

Colin also says that the quality of your water – whether it's hard or soft for example –  has a "massive effect on how the coffee extracts and how it tastes."

The water tasting menu includes bottled water, soft water, boiled water and 3FE's own water. They then want you to learn about which one makes the best coffee.

Colin also told the DE that "not a huge amount" of people have tried the water tasting menu yet… go figure.

This may be the most exciting news since…ever!

Warner Bros have announced that they will be setting up a replica of the iconic Friends café, Central Perk!

And where will Central Perk be located? Why, NYC of course! Central Perk will be set up at 199 Lafayette Street in the SoHo area of the city.

For Friends fans out there (basically, everyone ever) this will be the chance of a lifetime to actually drink coffee in Central Perk which will be complete with an orange couch and, wait for it, GUNTHER!

That’s right, Gunther, played by James Michael Taylor, will be making some appearances at the coffee shop for fans.

This pop-up recreation of Central Perk is all part of the upcoming celebrations for the 20th Anniversary of the very first episode of Friends on the 22nd of September. 20. Years. We feel so old right now!

Central Perk will open on the 17th September and stay open until 18th October.

It hasn't been said yet whether the famous Friends group will make any appearances at their old haunt yet, but we can always hope…

Is it time to book those flights stateside now? Oh, we think so!
