Amy Hart has officially quit Love Island and has left the villa this evening.

The air hostess was reportedly heartbroken after her break-up with Curtis Pritchard, following his head being turned in Casa Amor.

After returning from the other villa, Amy had to discover in front of everyone that her 'half' boyfriend was intending to couple up with another girl (Jourdan) but was rejected.

Amy wanted to give Curtis another chance to redeem himself, but the professional dancer ended things for good, saying he couldn't promise that his head wouldn't be turned once again.

The couple split up, and now Longford lass Maura has expressed her feelings for him, much to his surprise.

Amy was removed from the villa last week to seek psychiatric help from specialists, so perhaps the best thing for her to do is return to her family and friends for support.

She already expressed to Anna and Amber that she was struggling to cope with seeing Curtis act fine about their split, and couldn't stop herself from talking to him.

The 26-year-old has never had a boyfriend before, so this experience must have been extremely difficult to handle, especially on live television.

We truly hope the show gives her the adequate aftercare following this experience.

According to reports, over 260 people have been injured in a pier collapse in Spain. Five people are said to be in a serious condition.

Local government said people are being treated for a variety of injuries including broken legs, broken arms and head injuries.

It is believed the pier collapsed into the sea at midnight at the O Marisquiño festival in Vigo.

A local newspaper said the pier collapsed just as musician Rels B took to the stage at the musical festival.

A 16-year-old concert goer told Spanish publication Faro de Vigo: “We were on the walkway when it opened up. I fell on people and people fell on me. I was hit on the head and then some sort of container fell as well. I tried to get out and someone helped me.”

Another described the incident as “the worst moment of my life.”

A full investigation is already underway.

Tuning into Love Island is NOT optional tonight.

As if the villa hasn't been dramatic enough with all the heartbreaks, heated arguments and flaring romances – they have thrown in this curveball.

Four people will be booted out of the villa this evening and we are SHOOK.

It was pretty easy to have guessed who was exiting as voting opened up last night.

However, these four mightn't be so easy to predict.

The shock eviction was revealed to the Islanders when Ellie gets a text: “Can all Islanders gather around the fire pit immediately.”

Josh then gets another text: “Islanders the public have been voting for their favourite couple. Those with the fewest votes risk being dumped from the Island tonight. As Georgia and Wes are single, they are not included in this vote.”

We will have to tune in to find out who is safe and who gets kicked out.

It's fair to say we are already counting down the hours.

Get the popcorn ready!

One man has died and at least eight people have been injured after a vehicle was driven into pedestrians close a mosque in north London.

The attack took place at 12:20am on Monday outside the Muslim Welfare House, close to Finsbury Park mosque.

The driver of the rented van, described as a large white man, was detained by members of the public following the incident.

One eyewitness described being surrounded by bodies, while another said the attacker shouted about killing muslims while he was held.

In a statement, The Metropolitan Police said: "One man was pronounced dead at the scene.

"Officers are in the process of informing next of kin. A post mortem examination will be scheduled due course."

"Eight people injured were taken to three separate hospitals; two people were treated at the scene for minor injuries."

Some reports suggested that the man may have also been carrying a knife, however police officers have confirmed that none of the injured had suffered stab wounds.

"At this stage there are no reports of any persons having suffered any knife injuries.

"The driver of the van – a man aged 48 – was found detained by members of public at the scene and then arrested by police in connection with the incident.

"He has been taken to hospital as a precaution and will be taken into custody once discharged. He will also be subject of a mental health assessment in due course."

At the time of the attack, the area was busy with worshippers who had been attending Ramadan night prayers at the mosque.

Amongst them was Abdulrahman Saleh Alamoudi, who managed to detain the man before he had a chance to flee.

Speaking to Buzzfeed News, he said: "I think at least eight or 10 people got injured. Luckily I managed to escape. And then the guy came out of his van and I got him.

"He was screaming, he was saying, 'I'm going to kill all Muslims, I'm going to kill all Muslims'. He was throwing punches.

"Then we managed to get him on the floor. Then he was saying, 'Kill me, kill me'. I said, 'We are not going to kill you. Why did you do that?' He wouldn't say anything."

However, conflicting eyewitness reports say that the attacker did not speak at all.

This is not the first time Finsbury Park mosque has been targeted. An attempted arson in 2105 saw a white man try to light a jerrycan full of petrol and throw it over the railings before he fled the scene on a moped.
