This week’s beauty blogger of the week is the fabulous Lauren, the face behind beauty site Make Up By Lauren Marie.

Freelance make-up artist and self-confessed cosmetic addict, Lauren, has her finger on the pulse and knows what’s what in the world of make-up and beauty.

We caught with this lovely lady to chat about the contents of her own beauty bag as well as getting a sneak peek into her must-haves and schooled on her top tips!

1. What is your best budget beauty buy?

My favourite beauty buy at the moment are the new NYC BB Beautifying Blushable Cream Sticks. These are little tubes of cream blush that go on super smooth, but have a powder finish, so they stick around all day. They are under €4 and I cannot get enough of them. My favourite shade is 'Never Sleeping Pink' which is a vibrant pink-coral that I think would look amazing in the hotter months….which I know is a rare sight in Ireland.

 2. What is your top make-up tip?

My biggest one is to always wear sunscreen, seems like such a simple tip, but you would be surprised how many of us skip this step in our beauty regime. I have acne prone skin and wearing sunscreen everyday has helped my acne scarring massively. Also the other benefits are that the skin is protected from the sun’s rays which means younger looking skin, which is what we all want right? Other than that I always say get your foundation or base right and you’re good to go!

3. Most girls have a much-loved lipstick – what's yours?

This is a tough question as I am a self-confessed lipaholic! Narrowing a favourite down to just one is like trying to pick your favourite child- OK, slightly dramatic!-  but I would have to choose Mac Syrup, this is a lipstick that I think every girl should own. It’s a muted mauve shade that is so flattering and so easy to wear, which makes it a perfect everyday colour. The formula is really nice and moisturising and I just love everything about that lipstick.

 4. What was your very first perfume and what are you currently wearing?

My very first perfume was Ralph by Ralph Lauren. It was in this small blue bottle. I remember receiving it for Christmas off my parents and feeling so grown up wearing it. At the moment I am wearing Lancome La Vie Est Belle and Giorgio Armani Si and for a budget buy I love Taylor Swift Wonderstruck Enchanted.

 5. You're only allowed to use three make-up products for the rest of your life… what are they?

This would have to be Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer as it covers everything and looks super natural. As I have super straight lashes I would need a mascara and it would need to be waterproof so Maybelline Big Eyes or Falsies would be my pick and of course as a lip addict I would need a lipstick, so something bright and bold to make up for the lack of other make-up on my face!

Beauty Angel is our latest go-to guide for all our pampering needs, so we were thrilled to catch up with Sarah, the face behind the wonderful site, to chat all things beauty and make-up related!

The lovely Sarah is a self-confessed make-up addict since her early teens and has recently completed a course with LA Make Up Academy which she says has only increased her passion for the industry!

Sarah’s unmistakable enthusiasm bodes well for us because it means her site is chock-full of interesting reviews and top tips!

What more could you want?!

1. What is your best budget beauty buy?

There are some amazing budget beauty buys out there, so  it’s quite hard to choose! I think the one I have recommended the most is the Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer. It’s really creamy and moisturising. It feels cooling when you apply it, so it’s perfect if your eyes are a little puffy in the morning. I find some concealers can be drying or go cakey, but this one definitely isn't. It does a great job at covering dark circles and redness to perk up your skin. It costs just €6.99 so it won’t break the bank!

2. What is your top make-up tip?

My top make-up tip is simply to look after your skin. The better your skin, the better the canvas for your make-up. I know it can be a pain when you’re in a hurry or tired, but it really pays to clean your skin properly.

I always do a two-step cleanse at night. I usually start using a Micellar water to take off the first layer of make-up. At the moment I’m using the Ziaja Rose Butter Micellar Water. I then use a wash-off cleanser. Lately, I’m using the Clinique Take the Day Off Balm which is an oil-based balm, so it even removes traces of waterproof make-up. I massage the balm into my skin and remove it with a warm facecloth. Then I finish with a serum and moisturiser.

I find that once you get into the habit of doing this, it doesn’t take too long, your skin will thank you and your make-up will look flawless!

3. Most girls have a much-loved lipstick – what's yours?

I think I’m a little bit different in that I don’t wear lipstick that often. I usually prefer a lip gloss, but lately I’m loving a gloss stick. My all-time favourite range is the Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Sticks. Their gloss pencils have a lovely texture, strong colour and last really well. My favourite every day colour is Nudist, it’s a great everyday pinky brown.

4. What was your very first perfume and what are you currently wearing?

I’m really going to show my age here as I suspect many SHEmazing! readers won’t have heard of my first perfume, it was called Exclamation! It came in a bottle that was shaped like an exclamation point and was a firm favourite with 90’s teens!

At the moment my favourite scent is Nuxe Prodigieux Le Parfum. If anybody knows the cult product Nuxe Huile Prodigieux, this scent is the perfume version of the oil. It’s really fresh and quite summery, but I can’t seem to part with it even in winter. For night time I usually wear Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb which I think is a perfume you either love or hate!

5. You're only allowed to use three make-up products for the rest of your life… what are they?

As the most indecisive person in the world, I could think about this question for days! But I think I could commit to these products for the rest of my life…

Revlon Colorstay Foundation
When I first tried this I wondered where it had been all my life.  This foundation gives medium-full coverage and the finish is perfect. It’s not too drying, but lasts the full day without budging. There is a version of this for dry skin and combination skin and it costs just €17.99.

Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner in Mushroom
I’m trying to be clever here as I think I could use this shade as eyeliner, but also to fill my eyebrows if I was stuck! I’ve never found another eyeliner to beat this. I have really watery eyes and these don’t budge all day and are really strongly pigmented.

Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick in Fuscia-ristic
This is how much I love these gloss sticks! I would really miss my blusher if I could only have these three products so I figure I could use this pink/coral shade on my lips and my cheeks, sneaky!

This week’s beauty blogger of the week is Megan Daly from Blondes Love Cupcakes. This awesome and funky blog is jammed packed full of useful and honest beauty reviews.

With her very own Esty store and Depop page, you can even buy items that Megan admits to not giving the love they deserve.

SHEmazing! caught up with Megan to find out her beauty secrets and tips.

What is your best budget beauty buy?
My best beauty buy is Cocowel Organic Coconut Oil. It costs about €5.50/€6 in Dunnes Stores for a giant tub that lasts forever. I use it for everything, hair masks, face cream, body scrubs, cuticle softener, body moisturiser, lip balm, after sun… the list is endless. It’s amazing!

What is your top make-up tip?
I think if you’re going to focus on one thing, it should be your eyebrows. Every look immediately looks more polished with a neat set of brows – they make such a difference to your face. I’d say invest in getting your brows shaped professionally and a good brow kit!

Most girls have much-loved lipstick – what’s yours?
I don’t know if I have one in particular… there are so many I love. I recently discovered Lime Crime lipsticks online and ordered one, and I want them all they’re so pretty. I have Babette, and it’s the perfect opaque neutral pink shade. I’m obsessed with it.

What was your very first perfume and what are you currently wearing?
The very first perfume I ever had was one of my mother’s, Obsession by Calvin Klein. Way too strong for a teenager, but I loved it. I actually still wear it during the winter! I currently wear Coco Chanel Mademoiselle, it’s so gorgeous and light but lasts for hours!

You’re only allowed use three make-up products for the rest of your life – what are they?
What a nightmare situation! I would take a dark brown eyeliner pencil so I could use it as a liner/eyeshadow/brow pencil, black mascara and a red lipstick like Mac’s Ruby Woo (which could double as a blush, maybe). They’re timeless and never go out of style, although I think I would get bored very quickly of the same look!!

Ol’ Green Eyes is a gorgeous blog where Irish girl Emma Grimes lets us into her life as she shares her beauty reviews, hints and tips.

Winner of the 2013 Blog Awards, Emma gives her thoughts on make-up, skin care and beauty products as well as her style and what she is getting up to.

SHEmazing! caught up with Emma and she let us into some of her top beauty secrets:

What is your best budget beauty buy?
My best budget beauty buy is my KIKO Smart Lipstick. KIKO is currently only available to Ireland online but at €3.90, these lipsticks are such amazing value for money and they have a huge shade selection.

What is your top make-up tip?
Don’t be afraid to experiment and make mistakes. Try out different products and shades, it’s the only way of finding out what looks good on you and what products work best for you. You also don’t have to spend a lot of money to have a great make up selection, most of my favourite products can be found in Boots and other pharmacies and they are budget friendly.

Most girls have much-loved lipstick – what’s yours?
My favourite lipstick has to be Russian Red by MAC, it’s my all time favourite red and the matte formula makes it really long lasting and easy to wear.

What was your very first perfume and what are you currently wearing?
My first perfume was probably DKNY Woman or Ralph by Ralph Lauren. I’m currently wearing Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess, my favourite Summer scent.

You’re only allowed use three make-up products for the rest of your life – what are they?
If I could only use three products for the rest of my life I would choose a foundation, a mascara and a lipstick (the lipstick could also be used as a cream blush on your cheeks, so you’ve got two for one there). Once again I’d have to pick Russian Red by MAC as the lipstick. I would also choose my current favourite foundation which is No7 Stay Perfect Superlight and Maybelline’s The Falsies mascara.
