Blake Shelton

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been closer than ever since they’re time on The Voice together.

And it seems that they are ready to take their relationship to the next level.

A source told US Weekly that the couple are having a baby through a surrogate.

“They are in the final stages of choosing the woman who will carry their baby,” the insider said.

“It’s extremely important to Gwen that she give Blake a biological child, and Blake is so excited.”

The source went on to say that the two have been thinking about taking this step for a while now and they are “determined to have a child together”.

Gwen and Blake have been dating for three years, and while Gwen shares three children with her ex-husband, Blake has yet to become a father.

He told The Today Show earlier this year that he felt as if he “missed out” by not having kids.

The country star has, however, grown very close with Gwen’s boys- Kingston (12), Zuma (10) and four-year-old Apollo.

“Having them around…I don't even know how to describe it. It's so much fun,” he said.

And Gwen loves how close her bae is to her kids.

“Gwen is just so in awe of the love Blake has, not only for her but for her boys,” US Weekly’s source added.

We hope they find the right surrogate for them and can't wait to meet their little one. He or she would be a musical legend!

If Facebook's 'On This Day' feature is anything to go by, we're all guilty of posting absolute rubbish on social media.

Sometimes we recognise our past selves in the post and other times we can't believe we were the individuals responsible for that drivel, but thankfully we're rarely asked to account for ourselves.

Blake Shelton, on the other hand, has had a lot of explaining to do this week after tweets he posted between 2009 and 2011 have resurfaced – and gone viral.

Brought to public attention by @MusicFactsTea, fans of Gwen Stefani's boyfriend were a little stunned by the racist and homophobic undertones evident in the singer's tweets.

"Standing in line at a coffee shop in LA talking with the man in front of me. He orders a skinny caramel latte. I couldn’t tell he was gay!" Blake reportedly once tweeted.

"Wish the d*ckhead in the next room would either shut up or learn some English so I would at least know what he’s planning to bomb," he opined in another posting.

With social media users rushing to condemn the singer, Blake last night chose to issue a statement which attempts to explain away the questionable remarks.

"Everyone knows comedy has been a major part of my career and it's always been out there for anyone to see," he began in a post he shared on Twitter.

"That said anyone that knows me also knows that I have no tolerance for hate of any kind or form."

"Can my humor at times be inappropriate and immature? Yes. Hateful. Never," he insisted.

Finishing the statement with an apology, Blake concluded: "That said I deeply apologise to anybody who may have been offended."

We're not sure if that will be enough to placate furious Twitter users though…

On August 5 2015, Gwen Stefani filed for divorce from musician Gavin Rossdale, after 14 years of marriage.

The Don't Speak singer cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, but it soon came out that Gavin had been cheating on his wife.

On February 9 2015, it was leaked to the press that Gavin Rossdale, giving in to the Hollywood cliche, had been having an affair with his children's nanny.

In a recent interview with Harpers Bazaar, Gwen got candid about her split from Gavin, stating that "It was the beginning of hell. Like six, seven, eight months of torture."

Gwen, 46, also told Harpers Bazaar about the impact that the split had on her family life.

"It was so insane because not only did my family break up, but then my kids are taken away like half the time" she explained.

"My dreams were shattered," Gwen said. "All I wanted my whole life was to have babies, be married, like what my parents have."

Gwen and Gavin married in 2002, having met in 1995 whilst on tour together and have three sons, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo.

After months of sadness, Gwen started a relationship with her co-star on The Voice, country music star Blake Shelton.

"It went from horrible to, like, hopeful" Gwen Stefani explained.

Blake ended his four year relationship with fellow musician, Miranda Lambert, and started dating Gwen in November 2015.

It would seem that the couple are very much in love, having released a single together in May 2016, that topped the country music charts.

Blake Shelton took to the stage last night to host the Kids Choice Awards 2016 – and he did not disappoint.

Not only did he totally win over the whole audience when he slimmed himself – he also won over Gwen Stefani's son Zuma, who attended the show in replacement of his mam.

Throughout the show, Blake made sure no one was safe from the green slime as celebs and fans were all covered by the end.

However, Mr Shelton was more than happy to jump right into the mess, allowing himself to be coated in the goo as he thanked everyone for watching and said goodbye.

Ah, nothing beats slimming yourself up in order to gain attention of kids! Blake, you did a good job.

A healthy bout of social media stalking is acceptable – expected, in fact – if you've just started a new relationship.

After all, who wouldn't want to get the dirt on their other half's ex, even if all you end up finding is a bunch of Christmas photos and holiday snaps?

The only rule to keep in mind when you find yourself deep in the depths of Miss Ex-Girlfriend's Facebook/Twitter/Instagram page is to proceed with CARE. One wrong step and you could find yourself accidentally liking a picture and totally giving the game away.

That's exactly what happened to singer Gwen Stefani this week, it seems.

Eagle-eyed fans of country singer Miranda Lambert noticed that, of the 2,000 likers on one of her recent tweets, Gwen's name was top of the list.

Gwen's currently dating Blake Shelton, who split from Miranda just last year, so there's a whole lot of relationship politics going on between that threesome right about now.

We'll bet Miranda was only delighted to find out that Gwen had been indulging in some social media stalking – and the faux-pas was made all the more cringeworthy by the fact that Gwen doesn't even follow Miranda on Twitter. Awks.

Some fans have speculated that Gwen's "like" was something of an olive branch to Blake's ex – especially seeing as Miranda herself is also dating someone new.

The singer posted a sweet couple snap of herself and new man Anderson East on Instagram just last week, letting Blake (and Gwen) know she was moving on.

Who knows – maybe they'll all organise a double date one day?

So, as it turns out, Gwen Stefani is quite like the rest of us. And be honest, how many of us listened to Don't Speak while crying over a tub of Ben and Gerry's? It was the ultimate split-up song until Adele came around.

Gwen was on The Tommy Show this week and admitted to the radio host that she would listen to her old songs and think she was "not in that place" anymore. However, she can't make that excuse anymore after her recent divorce from Gavin Rossdale.

"It's almost the opposite because of my situation right now, which we all know what I'm talking about," she said.

"I feel like I go back and listen to a lot of that stuff, and I get sick. You look at the song and you go, 'That was a red flag. That was a moment where I was feeling just as bad as I feel today and why did I keep it up?'"

She even admitted that even though her divorce was difficult to go through, it makes for great music.

"In my life I've had two really bad heartbreaks and I've written some incredible music out of it."

"I feel so lucky to have that and to be able to share it. I feel like it's part of what I contribute to the world and I feel really proud of that."

Here's Gwen performing her new single Used To Love You. Move over Adele, this break-up anthem might just beat yours.

If anyone is in love, it's Blake Shelton. The Voice judge couldn't help but gush about his new flame on live TV.

Last night marked the The Voice's first live show since Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton announced they are dating, which gave viewers front row seats to witness the chemistry between the pair.

In the TMZ video below, Blake can't help but support his new girlfriend as her team battled Adam Levine's.

"Team Gwen is whippin' the crap out of Team Adam tonight," Blake said. "It's fun to see Gwen whip the crap out of Adam tonight. It makes me so happy."

The host of the show, Carson Daly, kept things very professional (i.e. boring) and didn't address the news of the new hot couple – but it was clear they are head over heels for each other.

Even though there was no PDA, Blake continued to support Gwen all night as she giggled her way through the show.

Three months on and still wearing his wedding ring… Gavin Rossdale is not letting go just yet.

The Bush rocker was spotted running errands in LA earlier this week while wearing his chunky gold wedding band.

Meanwhile, his ex Gwen has been openly dating her Voice co-host Blake Shelton, something which Gavin is said to be highly "suspicious" of.

"He can't believe she's calling him a control freak, because she demanded he NOT go on tour out of paranoia he'd cheat on her," a source told TMZ of Gwen and Gavin's messy divorce proceedings.

Indeed, it was originally speculated that Gwen called for a divorce over her own trust issues and suspicions of Gavin's infidelity.

Gwen cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce filing, and asked for joint custody of the pair's three children, nine-year-old Kingston, seven-year-old Zuma, and one-year-old Apollo.

The No Doubt singer confirmed her romance with Blake last week, telling a US radio station that he was a "rad guy" who was helping her through a difficult time.

Asked why she chose to go public with the new relationship so soon after her split, Gwen insisted it wasn't her who spilled the beans.

"'We didn't! Like, somebody did. That's what's so crazy like, who announces that? Why would I do that?" she asked.

The new couple have made no effort to hide their blossoming romance since the revelation, and were even reportedly pictured holding hands together at a Country Music Awards after-party last week.

Blake's own divorce, from country singer Miranda Lambert, was announced just two weeks before Gwen's.

It has only been a couple of days since Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton announced they are dating, BUT that’s not the only thing that these two love birds are up to.

It has been revealed that Gwen and Blake are making music together.

It's described as "a mid-tempo ballad" and the lyrics discuss "telling a lover to leave the relationship if that is what they truly want." Which we think is a bit awkward for a new couple to sing.

Neither Gwen or Blake have commented on the new song (which isn’t even finished yet) but People reports that it already sounds REALLY good.

Meanwhile, E! News reports that Blake’s ex-wife, Miranda Lambert, says she “doesn’t care” about her ex’s new relationship.

"Miranda is at a point in her life where she is really focusing on herself and her music," E!'s source added.

P.S. Here’s a totally cue picture of Gwen and Blake holding hands.

As it turns out, Adam Levine only knows about half (or less) of the lyrics to Oops I Did It Again, but that didn't stop him from giving it his best shot in Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show karaoke game.

Adam, along with the other Voice US judges Blake Shelton, Pharrell and Gwen Stefani joined Jimmy for a few rounds of Spin the Microphone, which is practically Spin the Bottle with a lot of singing and less kissing.

The Maroon 5 singer was the first to be called on-stage, and with a good start, completely falls apart after, em… two verses.

Blake also belts out a very good version of YMCA, while Gwen gets down to Drake's new song Hotline Bling:

Some sad news coming from across the pond today as it's been confirmed that singer Blake Shelton is splitting from his wife of four years, Miranda Lambert.

Blake, known for his role as a judge on The Voice US alongside Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera and Pharrell among others, announced the news this evening to AP via a joint statement with Miranda.

"This is not the future we envisioned," the statement reads. "And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately." The couple also asked that their privacy be respected at this no doubt difficult time, adding, "We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter."

Blake and Miranda had their fourth wedding anniversary just two months ago, but given today's divorce announcement it seems like things may have been rocky for some time before that.

TMZ first reported on the divorce rumours earlier today, before any statement was released. It seems the pair filed their divorce documents quite some time ago, and a judge is expected to officially end the marriage today.

The couple, both country singers, married in Texas in 2011. This will be Blake's second divorce, after he split from his first wife Kaynette Gern in 2006.

Neither Blake or Miranda have addressed the split on social media as yet, though they have both been active on Twitter over the past 24 hours.

A source has confirmed that Gwen Stefani will be joining the judging panel on NBC’s The Voice.

The 44-year-old is set to replace Christina Aguilera, who is stepping down to go on maternity leave.

However, she won’t be the only new judge on the show.

Pharell Williams – who was a guest mentor on the show last year – was signed to replace Cee Lo Green.

Adam Levine and Blake Shelton will remain on the show but with the other new judges in the show, we hope that things will get better.

The new season will start shooting in June, we can’t wait to see the new talent that lies ahead.
