Mr. Big has really upset some SATC fans today!

We are NOT happy.

Chris Noth might have moved on from Sex and the City with his role on The Good Wife, but that's no excuse to start dissing Carrie!

The actor made a few enemies this week when he said Sarah Jessica Parker's character was "such a whore" and added that rumours of an SATC movie were "tweety-pie sh*t."

Wow, calm down Mr. Big!

Chris was speaking to an Australian publication when he got onto the subject of Carrie and Big's relationship. "He was always honest about himself — he never cheated on her," said the actor. "The relationship just didn't work, and he went on to get married while she went on to … how many boyfriends did she have? She was such a whore!"

Ouch. Chris went onto say that Mr Big wasn't the problem, but Carrie herself. "One of the things I tell people is that he never tried to pretend he was anything other than what he was. It was [Carrie] who tried to pretend he was something he wasn't… There's a misconception that Carrie was a victim of him, and that's not the case — she was a strong, smart woman."

Hmmm… it might have been a joke but we don't like anyone talking smack about our friends… sorry, our favourite TV characters.

Chris also shot down any rumours of a third SATC movie and admitted the second one had been a bad idea. "I think it was considered an indulgence and a distraction because it hit right when the recession happened," he said. "People were like, 'Who gives a f*ck about these broads going to Dubai when we can't pay our mortgage?'"

Although SJP and Kristin Davis had been sneakily tweeting about a possible sequel, Chris said he didn't believe the hype. "Sure, I've heard rumours, but they've been sayin' that s**t for 10 years. It'd be a great thing, but for now it's all just Tweety-pie s**t."
