There is more exciting baby news in celeb land, as Gwen Stefani has finally given birth to her third son with husband Gavin Rossdale.
Not surprisingly, the youngster was also given a pretty cool name – welcome to the world, Apollo Bowie Flynn. The No Doubt singer gave birth on Friday but Gavin only shared the news on his Twitter account on Saturday.
He tweeted: “Welcome Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale 2/28/14 (Bowie and Flynn = mothers’ maiden names)”
The couple, who have married for 11 years, already have two boys, seven-year-old Kingston and Zuma who is five.
According to USWeekly, the 44-year-old, who kept her pregnancy quiet for a long time, revealed back October 2012 that she wanted a third baby but it never happened.
At the time, she said: “I really, really, really wanted one about two years ago. And it didn’t really work out. So. . . I feel good with what we’ve got. Everything works out how it should. You can’t plan anything, right? You can try.”
Congratulations to the happy family!
