Listen up! Benefit have issued a recall on Gimme Brow Eyebrow Gel

Benefit Cosmetics have issued a global recall on one of their most popular eyebrow products amid concerns that it has not met the company's quality standards.

According to a statement posted on their website, Gimme Brow, an eyebrow gel, is the product at the centre of the voluntary recall.

“Benefit Cosmetics is committed to the highest levels of quality and doing what’s right for our customers," the statement begins.

"Out of an abundance of caution, we are initiating a voluntary recall of our Gimme Brow product after discovering that recent batches of the product did not meet our stringent quality standards.

“If applied in its normal usage on the brows, the Gimme Brow product doesn’t involve any risk. However, if it comes into contact with the eyes, it could lead to eye irritation.

“We recommend that you stop using the product. For a full refund of the Gimme Brow product, please return it to your original place of purchase. If you have additional questions contact us by email or phone."

The company have apologised for any inconvenience the recall has posed to their customers.
