Lamar Odom enters rehab AGAIN one year after deadly overdose

Just days after his divorce from Khloe Kardashian was finalised, NBA star Lamar Odom re-entered rehab. 

The star checked himself into a San Diego facility and "made the decision to go on his own," a source told TMZ.

The basketball player has struggled with drug abuse for years, and almost died in October 2015 after overdosing on pills, cocaine and alcohol in a brothel in Nevada.

Lamar was in a coma for four days before recovering with the help of his now ex-wife Khloe. 

The NBA nad reality TV star previously entered rehab in 2012.

Three years after they split, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom were granted a divorce last week.

According to TMZ, their marriage will officially be over next Friday, December 16.
