This recipe is not only easy to make but doesn’t even require you to preheat the oven.
What you’ll need:
- 440g brown sugar
- 120ml evaporated milk
- 113g butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 255g peanut butter
- 255g rolled oats
What you’ll need to do:
- Add the brown sugar, evaporated milk, and butter to a heavy saucepan.
- Cook over medium-high heat, stirring continually, until the mixture comes to boil. Cook for one minute longer.
- Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter, quick oats and vanilla. Stir until the mixture begins to cool.
- Drop the cookies by the spoonful onto a non-stick baking sheet or waxed paper. Cool completely in the refrigerator.
