Avoid the snooze button
Avoid hitting snooze on your alarm. Once you are awake, get up. It will also mean you aren’t rushing to get out the door, which can exhaust you before you’ve left the house.
Start the right way
Make sure you have a good breakfast with plenty of unrefined carbs for slow energy release and lean fat to keep you going.
Head outside, even if it’s raining. A change of scenery and some fresh air can help you stay alert and active.
Have a good stretch
If you are sitting behind a desk all day, keep the blood flowing by having a good stretch.
