Supermodel follows in the footsteps of Brad Pitt

Gisele Bündchen is following in the footsteps of Brad Pitt and Nicole Kidman after it was announced that she has been named the new face of Chanel No5.

The Brazilian supermodel was chosen for her “natural beauty and modern femininity”.

Brad Pitt was the face of the famous brand in 2012 for a short period of time while Nicole Kidman had the romance era in 2004.

The stunner is already the face of Chanel’s Les Beiges collection – their new line of mattifying compact powder.

The No5 campaign film with be directed by Baz Luhrmann who also filmed Nicole’s, so he is an old hand at these types of things. Hopefully Gisele will get a better tagline than Brad’s cringe-worthy one: “The world turns and we turn with it.”

No matter how hot he may have looked, this line just baffled us all!

It seems the mum-of-two is everywhere these days – she also features in H&M’s summer campaign singing Bloondie’s “Heart of Glass”!
