Summer is upon us, and with it comes a new season of fresh fashion pieces suited to the warmer climate. 

While usually we'd be envisioning an Instagram feed filled with cute crop tops and cut-out swimsuits, there is a new novelty fashion shot that's all over the social media site. 

Watermelon is the freshest summer fruit going, and savvy fashionistas are tailoring their juicy fruit slices into pieces of Instagram art.

Watermelon dresses are the funniest, cutest craze online, and while nibbling a slice of melon into a dress shape wouldn't be the fist thought to cross our minds while tucking in, we're so glad people are doing this for the sheer scrolling joy alone.
