Wraps are generally seen as a lunchtime staple, but there are some great ways you can use them for other meals too – especially dinner!
These may be our favourite thing to do with wraps – trust us, it’s amazing! Simply spread some refried beans, a handful of cheese, some spinach and some hot jalapenos onto a wrap. Place on a medium hot oiled frying pan and press the second wrap down on top. When it’s golden on the bottom, flip and cook the other side. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
Yes, pizza is amazing and we are always trying to find ways we can have it every day. This is one of our favourites! Spread some tomato purée on top of your wrap then sprinkle some cheese and your favourite pizza toppings on top along with some Italian herbs. Grill until the cheese melts, cut into slices and serve with salad.
Homemade tortilla chips
Cut your wrap into triangular shapes and place in the oven until they are crispy, turning once. Use as you would your favourite dipping crisp for hummus or salsa – without the extra calories!
To turn a simple wrap into an edible salad bowl, simply grab an ovenproof bowl, drape the wrap across the top of it, bake until crisp and turn upside down so it’s a bowl. Fill with your favourite salad veggies.
