Dairy-free chocolate milk

Who doesn't love a glass of chocolate milk? 

If you thought there wasn't a way to make your favourite treat a little healthier then you're in luck – there is!

Using almond milk makes this drink vegan and raw cacoa powder is a powerful antioxidant that can be found in all health food stores. A little goes a long way and it is quite bitter which is why maple syrup is used in this recipe. 

What you'll need:

  • 1 glass of almond milk
  • 1 tsp of raw cacoa powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

What you'll need to do:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until combined and smooth. 
  2. Chill in the fridge or add some ice cubes and enjoy!
