This health kick smoothie is not only great for cleansing your system but has many other health benefits too. Pomegranate has been proven to lower cholesterol and strawberries can also be great for your skin.
What you’ll need:
- 120 ml pomegranate juice
- 2-3 teaspoons raw honey
- 200g of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 heaped tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 4 ice cubes
What you’ll need to do:
- Whisk the pomegranate juice and honey in a small bowl to dissolve the honey completely.
- Combine the strawberries, yogurt, ice cubes and pomegranate mixture in a blender.
- Process for 1–2 minutes, or until thick and smooth.
