BREAKING: Congratulations are in order for Lady Gaga!

Some great news for Lady Gaga this evening, as the is singer reportedly engaged to her long-term boyfriend Taylor Kinney!

Taylor proposed on Valentine's Day, and the couple celebrated with a meal at Gaga's family's restaurant, Joanna Trattoria, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, according to Times-Herald Record editor Barry Lewis, who spotted them there.

The singer was seen showing off her ring to family members and saying "it was time."

Gaga and Taylor have been together for four years after meeting on the set of the singer's You & I music video. They briefly split in May 2012, but it seems they couldn't bear to be apart as they reunited the following month.

The Poker Face singer definitely seemed smitten in a recent interview with Howard Stern as she spoke about her now fiancé, saying, "He is the right guy… How do we know? It's this feeling…"

We cannot WAIT to see the crazy wedding dress Lady Gaga will no doubt choose. As long as it's not made of meat…
